ROK Machine utilizes an integrated computerized system that enables us to support your most demanding and critical requirements. This insures all phases of quoting, purchasing, production, and quality control to provide you with cost effective parts and on time delivery.
Machining
Our staff at ROK Machine has the experience and capabilities required to meet a specific need for a single component or a complex, multifaceted assembly. We have the flexibility to manufacture a single prototype or production run thousands of pieces.
Fabrication
Our extensive capabilities allow us to supply parts for electromechanical assemblies, transportation, thermo-mold, electronics, food service, and OEM applications to name a few. Our experience enables us to assist you with unusual and difficult to manufacture components.
Quality Control
Our Quality control system allows us to meet your quality level requirements and support ISO 9000 systems. We are fully equipped with a CMM, Optical Comparator, gauging, and measuring equipment that is maintained to our Quality Control Manual (available on request).
